Pasture Raised Chicken

  • Available spring and fall by whole bird or individual cut.
  • Processed and vacuum sealed on the farm.
  • When compared to conventional chicken, pastured chicken has 50% more vitamins A, D and E and at least 21% lower saturated fats.

  • Chicken and duck eggs available seasonally, usually from March to August each year.
  • When compared to conventional eggs, pasture raised eggs contain twice the omega 3s and vitamin E. Eating two eggs gives you 60-120% of your daily intake of vitamin D.
