Chicken and beef bone bone broth have been all the rage for ages, but what about pork bone broth? Our hogs spend their whole lives outside on pasture, allowing them to soak in all the vitamins and minerals they–and we–need. That means a broth rich in vital nutrients like vitamins A & D, selenium, Omegas 3 & 6, collagen, and iron. Use neck bones to make a standalone pork bone broth, or mix them in with chicken or beef for an extra nutritious and complex bone broth!
