Pork tenderloins are exactly as their name implies – the most tender cut of meat! Like all heritage meat, best when cooked low and slow to prevent overcooking and toughness.

Pastured pork also contains 74% more selenium than commercial pork and higher Omega 3 & Omega 6 ratios. Now that conventional pork is raised indoors it has lost most of its vitamin and nutrient value compared to hogs raised in their natural environment. Our hogs spend their whole lives outside on pasture, allowing them to soak in all the vitamins and minerals they (we) need!
