Pasture Raised Chicken
- Available spring and fall by whole bird or individual cut.
- Processed and vacuum sealed on the farm.
- When compared to conventional chicken, pastured chicken has 50% more vitamins A, D and E and at least 21% lower saturated fats.

- Chicken and duck eggs available seasonally, usually from March to August each year.
- When compared to conventional eggs, pasture raised eggs contain twice the omega 3s and vitamin E. Eating two eggs gives you 60-120% of your daily intake of vitamin D.
